Welcome to the Community of Owners Web site. The site exists to help pass on information about what is happening within our Community at Mazarron Country Club. This is your site. If you have suggestions for additions or there is information you believe should be included, please let us know. Our desire is to have a well run Community that we can all enjoy and be proud of. This internet site belongs to the Community of Owners of "MCC". Everything on these pages is information for, and indeed ‘belongs to’, all the co-owners of the Community of Owners of "MCC". If you own any property on "MCC", these pages are for you.

Who is a Member of the Community of Owners? The Community of Owners of “Mazarrón Country Club” (MCC) is not some remote body, it is all of us who have property here ... it’s us, that means YOU. If YOU are the owner of a property or properties located within the “Urbanización Mazarrón Country Club” then you are automatically a member of the Community of Owners of MCC. YOU became an owner from the moment you signed a Notary Act, in other words a Title Deed, 'una Escritura de Compraventa' of a property located within the Urbanización "MCC".

Email Updates & Member Login

Please click on the 'Member login' tag on the left menu to log-in to the member's only area, or to apply for access and to register a username and password, if you do not already have such access; there is a link in the 'Member login' page to an application form you should use to submit your application. You will be notified by e-mail when your access to the member's only area becomes active. In addition you will also be added to our e-mail list for circular e-mails from the CoO and to the mailing list for all information issued by the CoO.
